Unlike companies that have personnel from regular roofing crews do service work, we handle repairs through the Customer Care Service Department, which enables us to provide the most prompt service possible and use only skilled technicians.
Because our repair techniques have proven to be so effective, BELDON Roofing Company guarantees all warrantable repairs for one year. Although often overlooked, service capability is one of the most important aspects of a roofing company. At BELDON Roofing Company, each service call is logged into our SQL database and then onto a citywide map to achieve the greatest possible routing efficiency. This database enables us to find the status of any service job at any moment. We also can provide reports for our multi-site customers to inform them of each of their locations' status. In addition, at least one of our Customer Care crews is on call seven days per week to handle emergency situations. Our Customer Care Service Department does not restrict its activities only to servicing of roofs installed by BELDON Roofing Company but also performs guaranteed repair work on all roof system types, regardless of who installed them.
